  • Unfortunately, our British summer weather isn’t always how we would like it to be and we cannot operate in high strong winds or if there is thunder and lightening over head. Sometimes we have to make a close call last minute as the weather can at times be very changeable, localised and unpredictable. Safety always comes first. If there is a sudden change in weather, we may need to close or pause sliding without notice.

    However, we are always keeping a good eye on the weather and usually we know in advance if we need to close, we advise checking on our Facebook and your emails before leaving. It maybe ok in your area but very different to our site.

    If we have to cancel, you will receive an email first and then the admin team will call the lead booker to rearrange your booking or organise a refund. If you havent heard from us then please still travel to site for your session.

    Ps weather reports change very quickly so we will make the decision early morning.

    We still operate when its raining- you are going to get wet anyway.

  • Yes , Minimum age to ride is 2 years old. Any child under 4 must ride with a paying adult. Children age 4 and above must be confident in water and supervised by an adult at all times. No height restrictions. All sliders must sign a waiver form when booking, either online or in person. Under 18’s must have an adult sign the waiver on their behalf.

  • Hot and cold food and drinks will be available throughout the summer - think ice creams and pastries, sweet treats, sandwiches and toasties.

  • A picnic is allowed but strictly no BBQ’s. All rubbish must be taken away with you.

  • One hour. We advise all sliders to arrive 30 mins before their slot. A siren will sound at 50 mins to signal 10 minutes remaining to allow for a smooth transition for the next sliders.

  • Unlimited! However, it is completely personal to each rider.

  • We do have basic dry changing areas & outdoor toilets onsite but we advise you to change beforehand and be ready to slide when you arrive.

  • The Ultimate Slip n Slide is located in Eastcote Farm in Beckington. Nearby there is Whiterow Farm and Shop, the Tennis club, Beckington Memorial Hall and fields, The Forester’s and The Woolpack Pubs. Mes Amis Deli. BP Petrol station, Travelodge, Starbucks, M&S food. PitchPerfect Campsite is very close. The Cross Keys pub in Rode, The Mill at Rode and Rode Skate Park. there is a also a Premier Inn at the Commerce Park and Brokerswood Holiday Park very close by.

  • We advise wearing wetsuits if you have one, we also hire these out , but it is not a necessity.

    No open zips belts. All jewellery to be removed.

    You are welcome to wear T-shirts and shorts/ leggings to avoid any friction on the slide. We advise that you wash your clothes as soon as you get home to avoid any colour loss, due to the water being treated.

  • Yes at your own risk - but no jewellery or watches are allowed.

  • We advise both booking your session and signing the waiver are done online to avoid queues on arrival at the Ultimate Slip n Slide. You can also turn up and pay in person on the day, but you may have to wait for a space to be available. You will be allocated a 1 hour time slot to ride.

  • No, just simply book via the website booking form HERE .

  • All equipment is washed down and sprayed every evening. As we are in a field the water can look a little muddy at times, but is monitored to ensure safety. We advise showering as soon as you get home.

  • Water is pumped from the mains and is recycled around the slide. Water is constantly monitored for cleanliness throughout the day.

  • Please do not slide if you are pregnant or have pre existing back or neck injuries. It is the sliders responsibility to seek medical advice in regard to any pre existing medical issues. A waiver must be signed before sliding by all participants.

  • We supply inflatable rubber rings for single or duo riders. You do not have to use these if you prefer to slide without.

  • You are welcome to bring these but please be respectful of others privacy. Any loss or damage will be the owners responsibility not that of Ultimate Slip n Slide.

  • Any lost and found items will be kept safely at the venue until it is picked up by the owner. Or until our last trading day when it will be taken to the local police station.

  • No Alcohol or Drugs should be brought onto site . anyone suspected to be under the influence of either of these will be asked to leave the site

  • If you are assisting a slider who has specialised needs and are attending as their registered carer you do not need to pay. Proof of care licence will be required to be shown on the day.

  • Obviously we are fully insured and you can find our T&C’s and safety docs in the bottom footer of the website on each page. Here is a link to our waiver form which must be signed and participants disclosed before you slide.

    We have a compulsory safety talk 5 mins before your session starts and we have a fully stocked first aid kit and trained first aid staff on site, every day.

  • For public sessions only, we have a 72 hour cancellation policy, if you cancel within this time you will lose your payment.

    If you give us more than 72 hours notice we will offer you an alternative date of your choosing.

    If you can give us 7 days notice, we will then refund the full amount or put it as credit to be rebooked another time. If we are forced to close due to covid or adverse weather conditions you will be offered a full refund or credit to

    No refunds will be given on the day if a member of group decides not to slide.

    We carefully monitor weather warnings.

    If the conditions on the day are not ideal but the activity still goes ahead we do not offer refunds.

    If we are forced to close due to adverse weather you will be offered a new date to slide or a full refund.
